2. Work with rating agencies in getting a Credit rating of the Municipalities.

Project governance, program governance, reporting

1. Develop a governance framework for each project, their integration with each other and integration with the larger roadmap.

2. Develop an integrated program management structure.

3. Identify key stakeholders at various levels for each project and programs, and ensure their engagement and inputs.

4. Develop report structure for each project, program and the roadmap. These reports to reflect the true status of progress.

5. Report structure for reporting to the public and to the governing councils.

1. Selecting the right technology that has the largest impact at the lowest cost
2. Assessment of the integration of technology areas – from electronics to civil engineering to data management. Integration of disparate technologies for a directed result.
3. Provide guidance on leading technologies for Smart cities – IoT devices, sensors, low power radio connectivity, broadband connectivity, energy efficiency, automation.
4. Assessment of technologies for computing and data management, and command and control centre.  Applications of these technologies.  Key city functions to be integrated.  Their service levels.
